Indian Premier League not only popularized cricket, it also made a huge fan following of the teams and the players. Players were worshipped as god and the each team had a huge number of supporters. With IPL teams, IPL team logos also gained a lot of ground and were equally famous among the fans. All teams made their logo in such a way that either it showed their mentality or the background of the city the area, the team belong to.

The logo of the Kolkata Knight Riders had a gold burning helmet on it. The logo of the Royal Challengers Bangalore, owned by the liquor baron Vijay Mallya advertised his company mainly. Chennai Super Kings logo had a roaring lion on it, whereas the logo of Deccan Chargers featured an angry bull ready for a fight. Delhi Daredevils logo had a fiery cricket ball. The team of Kings Punjab XI had two lions on their logo, which featured the mentality of the team. The logo of Rajasthan Royals rather showed the tradition of the princely state. The Mumbai Indians logo had a “chakra” on it, which is used by Krishna to kill his enemies. Apart from all this, the logos of all the teams had their name engrossed on it.
